St. Albert Riverside NeighbourhoodRiverside is one of St. Albert’s newest communities. The Area Structure Plan (ASP) indicates that this neighbourhood will feature a wide range of housing, including 1,930 units of low-density residential, 971 units of medium density residential, and 1,114 units of medium to high-density residential. A commercial zone with shops and services is also planned for this walkable community. Plans also include nature trails and a large interactive park (Grey Nuns White Spruce Park). Residents have easy access to Red Willow Park.

Development is ongoing in this vibrant neighbourhood, and the population is expected to keep increasing rapidly.
