GRAYDON HILL REAL ESTATE
Graydon Hill is located in southwest Edmonton. It’s bounded to the north by Ellerslie Road, to the south by the Paisley neighbourhood, to the easy by 127 Street, and to the west by 141 Street. This neighbourhood is still actively under development. Planned housing options consist mainly of single-family homes with front attached and rear detached garages, as well as a modest amount of row housing. As part of the community guidelines, homes are architecturally designed with natural elements like stone and wood for a unified look and feel. The fully landscaped and constructed wetland provides natural space within the neighbourhood, as do a stormwater pond and a park. A planned trail system, integrated with the trails in Paisley, will also be in place shortly. Additional recreation can be found at nearby golf courses. Graydon Hill is also home to the Rosehill Cemetery and to the Government of Alberta Special Study Area. The community is served by dining and retail options in the nearby Currents of Windermere, Terwillegar Heights Town Square, South Edmonton Common, and the future Heritage Valley Town Centre. Development of the Heritage Valley Hospital is expected to begin within the next few years and be complete by 2026. Residents can access the rest of the city via the nearby Anthony Henday Drive or by taking the bus to the Century Park LRT station and transit centre. Additional transit service is planned in the area.
