Like all markets in the Edmonton area, Morinville real estate is down.
We saw only 9 sales in Morinville in August of 2022 which is less than half of the sales seen in August of 2021. We saw 36 in July of this year.
New listings are also down, just 12 in August 2022 which is again about 1/2 of what was listed in August 2021. July 2022 saw 39 new listings.
