Licensed as a full time agent since 1999, John Carle has well over 1,000 transactions under his belt. But it's not the number of home sales that sets him apart as a top agent, but rather the lengths he goes to for his clients. John assumes each client will be a new friend and neighbour. He believes in going the extra mile for a lasting and valuable relationship!

He starts with identifying the profiles of the most likely buyers for your home, then tailors advertising that will appeal to those buyers. This is why you never see John on bus benches, shopping carts, or milk cartons. That's not where people go to buy YOUR home.

Why Did John Become a REALTOR®?

I get to wake up every morning to do something that I love. I get to be a part of one of the most life changing events in most peoples’ lives. It’s a wonderful feeling!

In fact, the best part is trying to figure out an effective way to get through a challenging transaction, in some cases a transaction other agents wouldn’t be able to complete. It’s like solving a puzzle or a riddle, and I love the challenge.

I’ve met a lot of great people doing this, people I wouldn’t have met otherwise. These are people I’m proud to call my friends now. I get to make moving to a new home a positive experience for people I’ve come to care about, which I find fulfilling.

Believe it or not, because I’m doing something I love, I’ve been able to do pretty well at it. I’m only successful because my clients succeed, and I find that to be fulfilling.
